Products on this site are printed ‘on demand,’ meaning they are created for you when you order them. You will receive email updates keeping you informed about the status of your order and when it’s on its way to you.

Shipping times

Except during busy holiday seasons, mugs usually ship within a few days of your order, if not sooner. Items such as shirts, necklaces, and bracelets may take slightly longer. Please note that you should order well ahead of major holidays such as Christmas, Hanukkah, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Valentine’s Day to allow for the much higher demand at the printing facility.

Note: Prices shown default to the U.S. Dollar. However, you can change the price to Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Euros, or British Pounds using the drop-down box in the upper-right of the page. (By default this box says “$ USD”.)

Shipping rates

There is a flat-rate per item for shipping for most purchases. Shipping costs to places outside the United States are noted as you go through the checkout process. We ship to most places worldwide. We will be offering more and more bundled items in such a way that may save you on shipping. These will be noted as available.

Also, if you wish to order several of the same or similar items, please contact us at info@speakliberally.com, and we will try to create a special bundle for you with a reduced shipping rate.

Bulk or custom orders

If you would like to order an item customized with someone’s name or a particular phrase, we are more than happy to help you with that. Just contact us at info@speakliberally.com, and we will work with you to create something awesome. This is something we love doing!

For bulk orders, see Shipping above. Also, if you wish to order custom shirts or items for an event or cause, contact us at info@speakliberally.com. In many cases, for large orders of the same product style, we will waive any costs for customizing your items and give you a bulk discount as our way of saying thank you for your business.

Returns

Your orders are 100% guaranteed within 30 days of shipment of your order. In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit or was not printed correctly, please contact us at info@speakliberally.com, and let us know what happened. Please send along a photo of the damaged item so we can notify the print facility of exactly what the problem is. We will send you a replacement item at no charge or give you a full refund.
